In September 2017, Great Wall Motor held a special training related to products and technologies to HAVAL overseas distributors in Tianjin, China. The training focuses on new product and new technology, sales/ service process, test drive management and HAVAL Delight implementing standard. Meanwhile, exchange skills about vehicles was launched. There were 19 countries attending the training, covering target regional markets like South American Area, Middle East-Africa Area and Asia Pacific Area. The trainees were all middle management from technical and commercial department.
Through team training based on tech and non-tech, overseas distributors have gained a full understanding about new product and technology of HAVAL, as well as service concept. And they were clearer about management standard and requirement of GWM, and expressed that they would transfer the knowledge learned during the training when they go back to their countries. Meanwhile, they showed their appreciation to GWM and Gongdao Training for offering the training. This training was crowned with complete success.
